Trickster Gods Around the World

When we think of mythologies our minds usually go to the big three: Greek, Norse, and Egyptian, but there are so many more. Each culture has their own beliefs and values but almost all of them have one thing in common. Tricksters. Whether it’s trickery incarnate or some character known for their troublemaking, they always show up. It can be seen even in the bible, when the snake convinced Eve to eat the forbidden fruit and when the devil tempts Jesus during his time in the desert. From the start of humankind, some stories about the gods and the like have always been passed to the next generation.
